Xeos Technologies Inc. was incorporated in 2004 with an aim to bring together a diverse and experienced skill set to develop leading wireless telemetry products. The three founding managers have a combined experience of over 60 years in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software development and manufacturing. Since that time we have been fortunate to assemble a dedicated team of engineers, technicians and software developers who help us push the boundaries of the accepted status quo.

Darren Penney has many years of experience directly serving data collection instrumentation users in earth sciences, search and rescue and wildlife tracking research. Darren welcomes customers to Xeos and provides point of contact service and consultation.

Derek Inglis is a founding member of Xeos Technlogies and brings years of engineering and business experience to the position. Derek loves the pursuit of technological innovation, and that passion is reflected in the products developed by Xeos.

Gareth Hoar is a founding member of Xeos Technologies whose experience in electronics dates back well into the last century. Gareth focuses primarily on systems level design, RF design electronics development for the company.
